William E. Hoop

William E. Hoop, 89, of Circleville, passed away on September 30, 2021 at Pickaway Manor.  He was born on May 20, 1932 in Washington Court House.  He was a U.S. Army veteran.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 33 years, Mary Ellen (Stevens) Hoop and grandchildren, Jason Hoop, Jr., Mary Kay Harding, Shawn Morrison, Brooke Sparks, Jionni Potter and Jeremiah Davis.  He is survived by his children, Keith Hoop, Mike (Debbie) Hoop, Randy (Linda) Hoop, Mary Jo (Jeff) Smith and Kathy (Terry) Russell; step children, Gary (Darlene) Boltenhouse and Dennis Boltenhouse; 22 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.  Graveside service with military honors, will be held 12 noon Wednesday October 6, 2021 in Hitler Ludwig Cemetery.  Friends may call from 11-12 noon Wednesday.  Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home in his name.  Online condolences may be made at www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com
