Stephanie (Niles) King

Stephanie Ann King, 74, of Ashville passed away on May 15, 2023 surrounded by her family.  She was born September 2, 1948 in Chillicothe Ohio to William H. and Rosa Mae (Flack) Niles.  Stephanie worked for many years at Lindsey’s Bakery and later retired from Wal-Mart after 24 years.  She loved to bake and won many awards over the years for her special recipes that she entered in the Circleville Pumpkin show.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends in her spare time.  Stephanie was preceded in death by her parents, brother Jonathon (Florence) Niles, sister Susan (Niles) Will and infant son Scott.  She is survived by her two children Sally Ann (George) Terry of Laurelville, David King (Joann Gallant) of Ashville, eight grandchildren Ashley Houser (Will Mohr), April (corey) Wells, Kelly (Bob) Hartzell, Kimberly (Matthew) Robinson, Jessica Terry, Jennifer (Brandon) Cox, Joni Mae (Brian) Karr, George Jr. (Taylor) Terry, twenty great grandchildren, 10 great, great grandchildren, her beloved grand fur babies Clementine, Churchill, Kalessi, many nieces, nephews and cousins.  There will be no calling hours.  Cremation services have been observed per Stephanie’s wishes with a memorial to celebrate her life being held at a later time.   Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
