Ruby (Davis) Ramsey

Ruby Ramsey, 83, of Circleville passed away on November 16, 2023.  She was born on June 19, 1940 in West Union, WV.  Ruby loved her family first and foremost and loved word search puzzles, hard candies, camping and going to East Harbor State Park (Lake Erie).  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 2 brothers; daughter-in-law Vickey Ramsey and son-in-law Howard Fletcher.  Ruby is survived by her children Scott Ramsey; daughter Eva Fletcher; grandchildren Tanya and Tarah Ramsey and Jamie (Brent) Fleming and by great grandchildren Mackenzie, Casey, Peyton, Hailey, Alysha and Preston.  Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at Wellman Funeral Home.  Visitation will be on Monday from 4-6:30 p.m.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the funeral home in Ruby’s name.
