On Friday, July 29, 2022, Mildred Moats, loving wife and mother of four children, passed away at the age of 98. Mildred was born on October 16, 1923 to Clarence and Elizabeth Peters. She married Raymond Lewis Moats and raised four children, Patty, ANITA, Twana and Raymond. Mildred had a passion for creating beauty in her home. She was a lover of gardening and a member of the local garden club. She was also known for her famous Apple pies. Mildred was very involved in raising money for local missionaries through the Church of Christ in Christian Union missionary society. The love of God and family were dearest to her heart. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Raymond and Mildred Moats scholarship fund for Ohio Christian University: 1476 Lancaster Pike, Circleville, OH 43113.
