Kevin Lowery, 32, of Circleville passed away on December 28, 2018. He was born on February 9, 1986 in Circleville to David and Teresa (Greeno) Lowery. In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife Erica (Hudson) Lowery, son Kage Cook, brother David Lowery Jr., sisters Jennifer Robinson and Katie Lowery and by several aunts and uncles.
