Evelyn O Barton

Evelyn O. Barton, 83, of Circleville, died June 6, 2018 at her residence.  She was born on August 17, 1934 in Columbus, the daughter of Elmer and Sarah (Moore) Oliver.  She was preceded in death by her parents; foster parents, John and Roxanne Shisler who raised Evelyn from 9 months to adulthood; husband, Wesley J. Barton; grandparents, Lemuel and Alice Kathleen Oliver; brother and sister-in-law, Charles Oliver and Martha Wilkins; brother, Harry Oliver; sister, Charlotte Oliver and daughter-in-law, Cindy McFarland Barton.  She is survived by her children, Don Barton, Jay Barton, Fred Barton, Cheryl Barton and Brian (Gladys) Barton; 15 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; 8 nieces and nephews; best friends, Leona Smathers and Helen Seeman and special friend, Jackie Pence. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday June 9, 2018 at the Ohio St. Church of Christ in Christian Union, 436 E.
