Cassandra (Harter) Combs

Cassandra Combs, 66 passed away on September 27, 2018.  She was born in Columbus to Melvin and Audrey (Buckler) Harter on August 1, 1952.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step father Fred Ray, husband Kenneth Combs and by two brothers Ronald Harter and Jimmy Lee Ray.  Cassandra is survived by her children Anisha Riebel, Kenneth Combs, Ryan (Stefani) Combs, grandchildren Brandon, Kielea, Tyler, Austin, Tristan, Colton, Hallie and Andrew, 3 great grandchildren, brothers Dr. Melvin (Roberta) Harter, Keith Harter, Ronald (Sigrid) Harter-Ray, and by sisters Deborah (Dale) Yothers and Jennifer Gibson.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 1, 2018 at noon at the Circle of Light Church, 2146 North Court Street, Circleville, Ohio 43113.  Burial will follow in Salem Cemetery, Wellston.  Friends may call at the church on Monday from 10 until the time of service at noon.    Wellman Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.   Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
