Bruce "Buddy" (Circleville) Ray

Bruce “Buddy” Ray, age 73, of Circleville, passed away March 14, 2024 in Stow, OH

He was born February 19, 1951 In Circleville, Ohio. He was the son of late Verman “Skeeter” and Ellen Crosby. Buddy was retired from Reynolds Aluminum, he did odds and end jobs after retirement and enjoyed spending time with his grandkids.

Buddy was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Verman Crosby Jr, sisters Joyce Harris, Carolyn Duncan, Susan Ray, brother-in-laws Doug Duncan, Monty Cummings, nephew Robbie Harris Jr.  He is survived by his daughter Leah Ray Shaffer (Chuck) of Circleville, 2 grandsons Tyler and Tyson Reed, granddaughter Agnes Shaffer all of Circleville, brother Tom (Dee) Ray of Texas, sisters Sophie (Podie)

Wix of Disney, OK, Cathy Cummings of Jackson, OH, numerous nieces and nephews.

Buddy will be remembered as the hardworking individual and always would jump in to assist any of the family with odd projects. He will be truly missed by his family and friends.

Per his request, there will be no services as he would not want you to remember him with sorrow, but take a moment and remember him with the memories that you had with him.
