William Rife

William "Hank" Rife, 64, of Circleville, died May 26, 2007 in Lancaster. He was born Aug. 6, 1942 in Varney, WV the son of Jodie and Ethel (Justice) Rife. Hank was owner of W. H. Rife Painting and member of Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his father, sisters; Nancy and Joyce Gail Rife and sons; Keith and Kevin. Hank Rife was so special to so many. Son, husband, dad, poppy, brother, uncle, cousin, friend. He knew no strangers and he always had a story to tell. He was kind and loving and funny and good. He will be missed but never forgotten. He is survived by his wife; Betty (Dawson) Rife, son; Frank of Lancaster, daughter; Larissa (Kevin) Bowers of Grove City, grandchildren; Chaney and Ren Bowers, mother; Ethel Rife of Varney WV, and brothers; Jodie of Lexington, KY, Marvin of Chardon, OH and Ray, Dallas and Arnold all of Varney, WV. Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday May 30, 2007 at the Circleville Church of Christ, 1555 N. Court St. Burial will be in Franklin Hills Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
