William Parrott Jr., 82, of Circleville passed away on May 25, 2025. He was born on February 3, 1943 in Moorefield, VA to William and Cora (Trent) Parrott Sr. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by siblings Cora Hale, Loretta Parrott Sexton, Earline Rose Parrott and Alease Juanita Cook. William is survived by his wife Ruth (Hoy) Parrott; children Michelle Sanders and Jason Holbrook; grandson Kyle Edwards; brother Cornell “Buzz” Parrott; sisters Phoebe Sexton and Brenda Parrott and by several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. with visitation from 5-6. Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
