William Massie, 66, of Circleville passed away on August 9, 2023. He was born in Gallipolis, Ohio on June 25, 1957 to Gordon and Clara (Clagg) Massie. He was preceded in death by his parents. William is survived by his wife Kathy (Smith) Massie; son Stephen (Nicole) Massie; grandchildren Joey and Ollie. There will be no services observed.
