Wilda Bumgarner

Wilda Bumgarner, 92, of Circleville passed away on July 11, 2026. She was born on January 11, 1934 in Point Pleasant, WV to Clarence and Charlotte (Johnson) Stover. On March 27, 1952 she married her one and only true love Richard Bumgarner. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by a sister Jean Stover. Wilda grew up learning to work hard to love, share and sacrifice for others. She had a deep faith in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was thankful for all her blessings. Wilda is survived by her children Sherrie (Philip) Peloquin, Richard Bumgarner Jr., Biff Bumgarner, Rodney Bumgarner; grandchildren Brandon Peloquin, Brienne (Peloquin) Vanover, Biff “B.J.” Bumgarner Jr., Miranda (Bumgarner) (David) Blake, Schuyler (Bumgarner) (Nick) Hoover; great grandchildren Blake Vanover, Braxton Bell, Gunner Bumgarner, Oakley Bumgarner and by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be on Friday, July 17, 2026 from 5-7 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, Ashville with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery.
