Walter Leist

Walter C. Leist, 86, of San Diego, CA, died August 4, 2011. He was born February 21, 1925 in Circleville, the son of the late Wayne and Vera (Betz) Leist. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Saipin (Duangtip) Leist; daughters, Vicki Johns, Shellie VerMeer, Gail Kochan and Salsawat Tia Leist; grandchildren, Carrianne, Dustin, Jason, Chris, J.P. Aubrey and Brian; 6 great grandchildren and sister, Carol Lee Adams. Military graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday August 13, 2011 at Floral Hills Memory Gardens. Arrangements completed by the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
