Vera Woodard

Vera Woodard, 92, of Circleville passed away on July 17, 2025. She was born on January 13, 1933 in McArthur to Otis and Eloise (Miller) Dunkle. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by children Thomas E. Woodard, Sue Ellen Steele, Donald Franklin and Keith Scott Woodard and by brother Paul Miller Dunkle. Vera is survived by children Patricia McDaniel, James Woodard, Paul Woodard, Mary Kay Marshall (Gary), David Allen Woodard, Debra Ann Woodard and by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Monday from 4-6 p.m. Memorial contributions are suggested to Pickaway County Library or the Herbert Wescoat Memorial Library in McArthur.
