Velma Garrett

Velma J. Garrett, 89, of Williamsport died October 14, 2025 at her residence. She was born February 26, 1936 in Minford, Ohio. The daughter of Conrad and Geraldine Short. She was a U.S. Navy Veteran. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Garrett; son Steve Wynn; son John Wynn and grandson Nathan Wynn. She is survived by her children Robin (Bill) Copeland, Rick (Judy) Wynn, Wayne (Sharon) Garrett; grandchildren Rance (Brittany) Garrett, Jake (Janet) Kellstadt, Sarah (Brian) Copeland, Dawayne Wynn, Jason (Amanda) Bowens, Melissa (Nick) Nicholson, Nickie (David) Brown, Michael Cofer and many great grandchildren; special friends Tom Barnes, Sally Stevens and Faye Creech.
