Thomas Hoffman Jr., 22, of Circleville passed away on April 15, 2017. He was born in Columbus to Thomas Hoffman Sr. and Amy (Conner) Darby. He was preceded in death by a sister Angel Griffey Hoffman. In addition to his parents he is survived by siblings Jacob and Jerrod Conner, Desirae Hoffman, Dylan Lintz, Jason Knece. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in Forest Cemetery with Pastor Mike Henderson officiating. Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville is handling the arrangements.
