Thomas Dean Cook of Circleville, OH, born May 1, 1984, passed away on Wednesday September, 13, 2023. Thomas is survived by his significant other Carrie Monk of Circleville, his parents Edward D. and Theresa Cook of Nelsonville, sister Nikki Hennessy of Columbus, aunts, uncles and friends. Tommy loved hunting and the outdoors from an early age. He loved hanging out with his dad and coon hunting buddies.
