Thelma L. Shaffer, 62, of Circleville, died May 15, 2019 at Genesis Nursing Home. She was born on January 16, 1957 in Columbus. She is survived by her sons, Keith Shaffer, Kevin Minehart (Mary Zwelling), Timothy Minehart and Nick (Elka) Minehart; 12 grandchildren; 1 great grandson and brother, Bob Shaffer. Memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Friday May 17, 2019 at Heritage Nazarene. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home in Thelma’s name. Arrangements completed by the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
