Terri Leigh Yacomino, age 63, of Circleville, Ohio, formerly of Logan, West Virginia, passed away peacefully at home on October 4, 2025, surrounded by her loving son and cherished family. She was the daughter of the late Eloise and Montie Messer and the beloved wife of the late Louis Yacomino. Terri is survived by her son Louis (Abby) Yacomino; granddaughter Ivy Yacomino; and her loyal companion Ruby(dog). She is also survived by her sisters Kim France, Jamie (Steve) White, and Natalie (Mike) Honeycutt; nephews Casey France and Corey France, Tyler White, Austin Cole and Dillion Cole. Sister-in-law Lisa (Tommy) Abshire; Cousins Theresa Knoderer, Trina (Rich) Panzo, Lisa Mullins, Mike (Carrie) Mullins, and Jim Mullins. Terri will also be deeply missed by Abby’s family, who loved her as their own—Ann and Rick Ellingsworth, Haley (Josh) Dick, and Cassidy (Nick) Clark—as well as by special children Raegen Wesalowski, Rizor, Knox, and Claire Clark. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Louis, father in law Johnny Yacomino Sr, mother in law Nora Yacomino, best friends Cindy Johnson and Mary Rawlins, and brothers-in-laws Johnny Yacomino, Freddie France, and Dewey Cole. Terri was employed for many years at Sears Hardware before becoming a dedicated bus driver for Groveport Madison Schools. She loved attending concerts with her son and daughter-in-law, traveling “back home” to West Virginia for her favorite foods, and going to Hippie Fest with friends. A woman of few words, Terri always spoke her mind—and did so with her whole heart. Her greatest joy was spending time with her granddaughter, Ivy. Per Terri’s wishes, there will be no formal funeral services. A graveside service will be held at Hitler Ludwig Cemetery on Saturday October 11th, 2025 at 10am followed by a celebration of life to honor her memory. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Heartland Hospice for their compassion, kindness, and exceptional care during Terri’s final days.
