Sonja Whitinger, 70, of Circleville died on Saturday, February 8, 2014. She was born on October 30, 1943 to Carl and Virginia (Capper) Whaley. She was preceded in death by her parents. Sonja is survived by sons, Dean Whitinger of Colorado and Todd Whitinger of Blanchester, 2 granddaughters, Brandi and Lauren, brother, Larry (Sharon) Whaley of Circleville, niece, Sherri Evans, nephew, Mike Whaley and by 4 great nephews. Private services were held at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Burial was in Forest Cemetery.
