Sloane Lisbeth Slebonick

Sloane Lisbeth Slebonick was born on August 19, 2020, already an angel in God’s arms.  She is so loved by her family and countless friends who anxiously awaited her arrival.

Sloane was born to her adoring parents; Patrick and Claire (Leatherwood) Slebonick who survive.  She is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Mark and Cathy Leatherwood of Ohio; paternal grandparents Steve and Patty Slebonick of Virginia; great-grandmother, Ann Leatherwood of Ohio; as well as her aunts and uncles, Abby and Spencer Young, Adrien Leatherwood all of Ohio, and Andrew Slebonick of Virginia.

A private memorial service for Sloane was held at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.  Palmer Funeral Homes – Hickey Chapel, South Bend, IN  assisted the family with arrangements.
