Samantha Stethem

Samantha Cozetta Stethem, 37, of Washington Court House passed away on December 25, 2025 surrounded by family and friends. She was born on February 3, 1988 in Washington Court House. Samantha is preceded in death by sister Melissa Maffin, brother Martin Estle and nephew Richard Maffin. Samantha is survived by her father Robert Stethem and step mother Lisa; her mother; Pamela Cottrell, three sisters Sabrina (Michael) Fobes, Elizabeth Stethem, Mary Alltop; children Mercadies, Joseph, Kaylena and Makenzie Fowler and niece and nephews Larissa Austin, Kollin, Konner, Blayke and Blayze Fobes and Ronald Maffin Jr. and her special friend Eric Matias.
