Roosevelt "Rusty" Ramey, 86, of Circleville passed away on October 24, 2022 in Chillicothe. He was born on October 31, 1935 in Morehead, Kentucky to John and Anna Ramey. They preceded him in death. A memorial service will be held from 12-4 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at New Life Assembly of God.
