Ronald Christman

Ronald Wilford Christman, known to family and friends as Ron and Ronnie, age 55 of Amanda, Ohio passed away February 21, 2026 after a battle with cancer, marked by unwavering strength. He was born December 12, 1970, in Larimore, North Dakota, to the late James and Virginia Christman. Ron honorably served his country as a United States Marine, carrying the same dedication, discipline, and integrity into every aspect of his life. He worked as a truck driver, concluding his career at Superior Plus Propane. He found joy in riding his motorcycle, strumming his guitar, spending time outdoors, hunting, flying and golfing. Above all, his wife and daughters-affectionately called his “girls”-were the heart of his world, and he poured his love into every moment spent with them. Ron attended Pleasant Valley Holiness Church of Londonderry and was a proud member of the PVHC Christ Riders motorcycle group. His faith guided him through his courageous battle, offering strength, peace and comfort along the way. He is survived by his loving wife, Kelly; his daughters, Bree and Rylee; sisters, Sandy Rose and Cindy Christman-Jones; and his brothers Danny, Jim, Mark, Randy, Steve, and his twin, Donnie Christman. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Virginia; brother Tommy; and his mother-in-law Grace Danner. Though his time on this earth was far too short, the love he gave and the memories he created will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville with burial to follow in Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation on Friday from 11-1.
