Ricky Joe Rhodes, 64, of Scott Depot, WV passed away on January 28, 2023. He was born on May 20, 1958 in Circleville to Kenneth and Alice (Cline) Rhodes Sr. In addition to his parents he was preceded in by brother Kenneth Allen Rhodes. Ricky is survived by his siblings John (Stephany) Rhodes of West Virginia, Kenneth Lee (Sheri) Rhodes Jr. of Pennsylvania, Rebecca Ann Moreno of Texas and Scott Anthony Rhodes of West Virginia, nieces and nephews Brock, Tysen, Riley, Carson, Elizabeth, Matt, Ben, Katie, Angelica, Heather and Ryan and by countless friends, family and loved ones. Ricky never knew a stranger he loved everybody. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 3, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
