Richard Blaine, 71, of Circleville passed away on July 14, 2025. He was born on November 1, 1953 in Huntington, WV to Roscoe and Jean (Tabit) Blaine. Richard is survived by his loving partner Jan Combs; son Jeff (Mariah Maury) Blaine; grandson Keldan Blaine and by sister Jackie Minarik. Cremation has been observed.
