Raymond Winner

Raymond Winner, 81, of Circleville passed away on February 9, 2024.  He was born on December 29, 1942 in Circleville to Charles and Sarah (DeLong) Winner.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son Raymond Earl Winner.  Raymond was retired from Fairfield Medical Center; was a Vietnam Army Purple Heart recipient, Past Exulted Ruler and member of Elks Lodge #77 and Knights of Pythias.  Raymond is survived by his wife Patsy (Gallion) Winner; children Ira and Charles (Julie) Winner; grandchildren Hannah, Madelyn and MiKayla and by brother Gary (Johanna) Winner.  Graveside services will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Cemetery with an Elks Service and Military Honors.  Memorial contributions are suggested to a charity of ones choice.  Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
