Ray Mills

Ray Anthony Mills, 55, of Circleville passed away on April 25, 2017. He was born on March 30, 1962 in Newark to Paul and Virginia (Levingston) Mills. He was preceded in death by his father Paul and by brother Bill Mills. Ray is survived by his mother Virginia Mills, Wave Fletcher mother of children Ray, Rachel, Amy, Tisha and Kayla, his children Ray Anthony II, Rachael (Tim) Purdin, Amy (Sean) Geer, Tisha (David) Perkins, Kayla Mills, Jennifer (Randy) Wright, Jessica, Matthew, David and Michael Hanshaw, 12 grandchildren, siblings Judy Sargent, Steve, Gary, Jeffery, Rusty, Karl and Stuart Mills. Private funeral services will be held for the family at the Wellman Funeral Home with Pastor Ben Blackburn officiating.
