With heavy hearts, we celebrate the life of Randy Howard Guiles, son of John William Guiles and Lois Lane Guiles, who passed away on May 15th, 2026, at the age of 68. Randy was born on August 18th, 1957, in Johnson City New York and later made his home in Circleville, where he built a life centered around faith, family, friendship, and helping others.

He was preceded in death by: Parents Lois Lane Guiles and John William Guiles, brother William John Guiles, brother-in-law Steven Benner.

He is survived by: Wife Pam Hawks Guiles, daughter Ashley Ann Newcomb, son-in-law Donald Newcomb, son Todd Guiles, Grandson Caleb Guiles, Sister Cheryl Benner, sister Debra Schiff, brother-in-law Paul Schiff, brother Robert Guiles, sister-in-law Kathleen Guiles. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.

Randy attended Hallsville Community Church where he was dearly loved and known for his wonderful hugs. Randy loved going back to New York each summer to visit his brother Bobby and attend Lily Lake Camp, a place dear to his heart.

Randy never knew a stranger. He had a gift for conversation and a heart that naturally welcomed people in. Whether offering advice, lending a hand, or simply sharing a story and a laugh, he made others feel valued and cared for. Those who knew him will remember his generous spirit, strong presence, and the way he found true peace in helping the people around him.

He was passionate about his Christian faith, which guided the way he lived his life and treated others. Randy also greatly enjoyed Ohio State Buckeyes football and was an avid supporter for many years. Among his favorite pastimes was spending time shooting his guns, something he genuinely enjoyed throughout his life.

Above all else, Randy will be remembered as a man who loved deeply, spoke kindly, and lived faithfully. His life was one of compassion, connection, and service to others, and the memories he created with family and friends will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Though he will be greatly missed, Randy’s family and friends find comfort in celebrating a life so fully lived and a man who brought warmth and kindness wherever he went. His legacy of faith, generosity, and love for others will never be forgotten.
