Phyllis Owen, 82, of Circleville passed away on April 30, 2025. She was born on November 8, 1942 in Circleville to Arthur and Letha (Bowman) Murray. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband David Owen; son Terry Owen; siblings Shirley Humphrey, Pat Hampshire, Fred Murray, Albert Murray, Arthur Murray and Lind Smith. Phyllis is survived by her son David Owen Jr; grandchildren Terry L., Wesley D., Payton Brooke and Tyler Owen and by siblings Paul Murray, Debbie Ackers and Tessie Kaunt. Cremation has been observed.
