Penny J. (Hicks) Harper, 61, of Laurelville passed away on December 13, 2016. She was born on March 11, 1955 in Columbus. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 18, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Laurelville with Pastor James Vandagriff officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 1-3 p.m. Memorial contributions are suggested to Wellman Funeral Home in Penny’s name.
