Paul Kirby

Paul V. Kirby, 81, of Columbus, died October 4, 2007 at Winchester Place Nursing Home. He was born July 21, 1926 in Athens, the son of Harvey and Jessie (Seymour) Kirby. He was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents; infant brother, George; sister, Eileen Lewis; former wife and mother of his children, Rosemary (Barthelmas) Kirby; brother-in-law, Jack Lewis and sister-in-law, Ruby Kirby. He is survived by his dedicated and loving wife, Mary (Lambert) Kirby; daughter, Vickie McDaniel of Columbus; son, Dennis Kirby of FL; step-daughters, Cynthia Canello of FL and Tracy (Mike) Lyle of Columbus; 3 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; sister, Opal (Bob) Grant of Circleville; brother, Bill (Pauline) Kirby of FL and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 5:00 p.m. Sunday October 7, 2007 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Friends may call from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
