Patricia Binkley, 83, of Circleville passed away on July 22, 2026. She was born on November 10, 1942 in Sandy Hook, Kentucky to Carl and Rhoda (Dunn) Miller. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Danny Binkley. Patricia is survived by her children Patsy (Paul) Porter, Corinna (Randy) Swoyer, Suann (Dusty) Puffinbarger, Mary (Chris) Welch, Daniel Binkley (Tasha) and Allison (Jack) Hall; numerous grand and great grandchildren and by brother Fred Miller and sister Violet Simms.
