Pamela Fullen

Pamela Sue Fullen passed away suddenly on May 25, 2026 at the age of 73. She was born on November 3, 1953, she was the daughter of Dorothy Billingsley. She will be remembered for her generous spirit. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Chrissy and Lee Allison; three grandchildren Taylor Steele, Blake Allison and Alexandria Allison; special niece Rhonda Kern, great nieces Veronica (Stephen) Marcum and Brittany Kern; great nieces and nephews Dustin, Jaxon and Presley. She was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Billingsley; her husband Mark Fullen; twin sister Patricia Kern and two nieces Tonya and Nikki Kern. There will be a private celebration of life held by immediate family. In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests that donations be made in her memory to the Circle Area Humane Society.
