Mildred Whaley

Mildred Whaley, 80, of Chillicothe passed away on August 29, 2017. She was born on December 7, 1936 in Thurston, Ohio to Frank and Lola (White) Lutz. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Whaley and sister Catherine Ledgett. Mildred is survived by her children Randy Lutz, Janie Pelfrey, Betty Foster, David (Maria) Fosnaugh, 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and by siblings Dorothy Bowers, Phyliss Moore, Margie Donahue, Betty Casto, Mary Ledgett and Rosie Payne. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 1, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home with Chaplain Jim Ferrell officiating. Burial to follow in Jackson Township Cemetery.
