Melvin Starkey, 79, of Circleville passed away on October 11, 2022. He was born on September 20, 1943 in Circleville to Robert Sr. and Eloise (Imler) Starkey Sr. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by granddaughter Jessica Martin and siblings Regina, Beverly and Robert II. Melvin is survived by his children Michael and Jeff Starkey, grandchildren Christopher, Michael Jr., Amanda, Dustin, Danielle, Becky, Jeff Jr., Sabrina, great grandchildren Emily, Hannah, Carter, Robert and Riley, siblings Sondra, Rodney, Jerry, Pamela Jones and Greg and many nieces and nephews.
