Marilyn Weethee, 90, of New Holland passed away on November 19, 2025. She was born on September 24, 1935 in Perry County to Chester and Avis (Jewett) Monroe. She was the oldest of 5 children. Marilyn enjoyed camping and traveling. She lived her life for her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren. Marilyn retired from G.E. after 34 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years Norman Eugene Weethee; siblings Mary Ann (Sonny) Gilmore, Melvina (Charlie) Issac, Margaret Wolfe and Merle Monroe. She is survived by her children Patti (Jay) Ward, Terri (Dave) Tuggle and Bunny (Rhonda) Weethee; grandchildren Chris (Samantha) Overly, Dawnaka (Kevin) Meyer, Jason (Melissa) Overly, Nicholas (Toni) Neff, Hillary (Ian) Webb and Valerie (Jon) Campbell; numerous great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren and by special niece Brenda Wolford. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with Chaplain Aaron Hines officiating with burial to follow in Forest Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from noon until the time of service at 1. The family would like to give special thanks to National Church Hospice and the staff at Copper Knoll in Washington C.H.
