Lloyd Garrett, 73, of Williamsport passed away on December 24, 2025. He was born on February 26, 1952 in Circleville to Ernest and Arvella (Syders) Garrett. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Mildred (Friend) Garrett and siblings Robert, Raymond, Michael, Jean, Shirley, Mary and Margie. Lloyd is survived by his daughter Miranda Garrett; grandchildren Benjamin, Elizabeth and Courtney; great grandchildren Kassidy, Jackson and Calliope and by friend and neighbor Clem.
