Lawrence Liston

Lawrence (Larry) Liston , 58, passed away unexpectedly on July 9, 2025, at home. Larry managed the Gladden Food Pantry serving the community for 25 years. He attended South Highschool, and was a member of the St. Ladislas Catholic Church.

Larry was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend. He had a deep love for his 1972 Nova SS and took great pride in caring for it during his spare time. Larry also found joy in tending to his garden and feeding the wild birds that visited his yard. Above all, he cherished spending time with his wife and family, who meant the world to him.

Preceded in death by his mother, Karen (Brown) Liston, as well as his brother William (Mike) Sayre, and our precious dog Charlie. He is survived by his beloved wife Sandy Liston and his three daughters, Alyssa, Leah, and Alexandra.

Siblings Tammy (Gary) Dicken, and Joe (Keith Clemmons) Liston, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. To honor Larrys love of animals, in lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Circleville Circle Area Humane Society. Give

Arrangements made under the care of Wellman Funeral Home, 1455 N. Court Street Circleville, Ohio. The celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th, 4-6pm. A short service will be held following.
