Kevin R. Whaley, 55, of Mount Sterling passed away on September 3, 2025. He was born in Dallas, TX on March 2, 1970 to Roy and Donarae (Hanawalt) Whaley. He was preceded in death by his parents. Kevin is survived by his sister Rona (Stuart) Ager; nephews Fable and Derek and by special friend Tara Adkins. Kevin was an 1988 graduate of Westfall High School.
