Kenneth Hartley, 77, of Circleville passed away on April 17, 2024. He was born on July 5, 1946 in Ravenswood, WV to Normal and Dorothy (Davis) Hartley. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Sondra (Hill) Hartley. Kenneth is survived by his son Matt (Tanya) Hartley; grandchildren Johnathan and Lucas and by brother Lonnie (Pat) Hartley. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Heavenly Hills Cemetery.
