Joseph Wagner,84, of Grove City passed away on December 14, 2025. He was born in Hocking County on March 25, 1941 to Fred and Elva (Waites) Wagner. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Belva (Thompson) Wagner and by siblings Marilyn Wagner, Joyce Watson, John Wagner, Fred Wagner Jr. and Henry Wagner. Joseph an Army Veteran is survived by his daughter Anita Wagner; siblings Melvin Sr., Arlene and George Wagner and Evelyn Harber and by special nephew Melvin Wagner II. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025 at noon with burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 10-noon.
