Jon Neff

Jon Neff, 64, of Circleville passed away on August 4, 2025. He was born on February 19, 1961 in Circleville to Hugh and Jacquline (Eitel) Neff. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son Heath Rowland and brother Timothy A. Neff. Jon retired from Jay’s Barber Shop where he was a barber. With his quick wit and compassion, he never knew a stranger. He enjoyed reading the Bible and spending time with family and friends and had a generous spirit. He is survived by his wife Christie (Davis) Neff; children Cassidy (Nick) Clark and Haley (Josh) Dick and Abby (Louie) Yacomino; daughter-in-law Heidi Rowlandgrandchildren Raegen, Rizor, Knox and Claire; siblings Stephanie “Tess” Metzger and Mindy Neff; dad and mom Jim and Janie Davis; sisters-in-law Julie Uhl (Ronnie) and Tammy Fee (Scott); aunts Susan and Bonnie; nephew Nick (Lacey); special companion Theo; numerous cousins and special friends, the Wellman family. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Hitler Ludwig Cemetery.
