John Koogler

John A. Koogler, 38, of Circleville, died March 16, 2009 in OSU after a 7 yr. courageous battle with heart disease. He was formerly employed by the Village of Obetz and Orkin. He is survived by his parents, Robert and Karen Cotner; grandmother, Frances Helen Shankland; brothers, Charles “Rick” (Kim) Koogler and James Cotner; sisters, Jennifer (William) Miller and Christina Cotner; nephews, Christopher, Nicolas, Matthew and Caleb; nieces, Miranda and Katelyn; numerous aunts and uncles and special feline friend, Fred. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday March 19, 2009 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Ashville. Burial will be in Reber Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
