John Fullen, 60, of Tarlton passed away on December 11, 2023. He was born on May 31, 1963 in Circleville to Richard and Margaret (Green) Fullen. He was preceded in death by his parents. John is survived by his wife Mickie Jo (Thomas) Fullen; step children Amy Rowland, Joshua Herdman and Dustin Redman; grandchildren Corey and J.C. Rowland, Carson, Hayden, Harper and Mila Redman and Monroe Redman; great granddaughter Thea and by brother Tom (Darlene) Fullen. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2023 from 4-6 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Online condolences can be made to www.wellmanfuneralhomes.com.
