Janet Starkey

Janet Starkey, 84, of Stoutsville passed away on May 14, 2026. She was born on December 2, 1941 in Madison County to Richard and Katherine (Hamilton) Stuckey. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a great grandson and siblings Richard W. Stuckey and Beula Crompton. Janet is survived by her husband Andrew Nelson Starkey; children Andrew Eric (Lori) Starkey of Chillicothe, Steven Nelson (Donna) Starkey of Stoutsville, Laura Ann Weaver of Circleville; grandchildren Renea, Jessica, Jenessa, Stephanie, Melissa, Sarah, Alyson and Austin; great grandchildren Isabella, Gabriella, Derick, Caroline, Brenna, Harper, Lincoln, John, Lillian, Bodhi and Justice.  Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville.
