James Taylor

James Taylor, 84, of Circleville passed away on May 17, 2026. He was born on December 12, 1941 in Oakwood, VA to Arnold and Ella (Vance) Taylor. James a Navy veteran is preceded in death by his parents; son Jim Taylor and brother Gene Taylor. James is survived by his wife Roberta Elaine “Sis” (Miller) Taylor; son David Porter; daughter Amy Sahr; 7 grandchildren and by brothers H. Ray Taylor and Dennis D. Taylor. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026 at noon at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at noon. Memorial contributions may be made to Heritage Nazarene Church-The table ministry.
