James Mogan

James P. Mogan, 64, of Circleville passed away on Friday, December 12, 2014. He was born on June 25, 1950 in Circleville to Oscar and Betty (Heeter) Mogan. James was a Vietnam Army Veteran and a member of the Eagles and VFW. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, John Lutz. James is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Lutz) Mogan, his children; Joshua (Sanibel) and Shane (Michelle) Mogan, special granddaughter, Olivia, brothers; David (Teresa) Thompson, Steve and Scott Mogan, sister; Linda (James) Pollock, mother-in-law; Julia Lutz, special sister-in-law; Connie Davis, brother and sister-in-laws; Becky (Doug) Amerine, Tucker (Edith) Lutz, Jay (Kenny) Hunt, Herb (Deb) Lutz, Mike (Melissa) Lutz, Sharon (Brian) Lagore and by many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Wellman Funeral Home is serving the family. The family would like to send a special thank you to Donnie Davis.
