James Barcus, 60, of Circleville passed away on December 6, 2021. He was born on September 14, 1961 in Gallipolis to William and Betty (Gibson) Barcus. He was preceded in death by his parents. James is survived by his siblings William and John Barcus and Deborah Clifton and Patricia Riffle. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Forest Cemetery.
