Ima Jean Massie

Ima Jean (Dotson) Massie, 59, of Circleville, died March 27, 2008 at her daughter's residence. She was born February 8, 1948 in Delbarton, WV the daughter of the late Arthur and Louise (Hignite) Dotson. She was preceded in death by her husband Curtis Massie and sisters Patty Dotson and Irene Acord. She is survived by her daughter Andrea (Olaf) Wiersma; brothers Arthur (EmmaJo), Darrold (Janie) and James Dotson; sisters JoAnn Murdock and Diane (Sherman) Copley; sisters-in-law Edna (Robert) Nothstine, Linda (Paul) McFerrin, Janet (B.T.) DeGarmo and Joyce (Bud) Christiansen; brothers-in-law Gary M., Gene (Rebecca) and Richard (Monica) Massie; many nieces and nephews and longtime friends Carol Ashbrook and Melvina Isaac. Funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Tuesday April 1, 2008 at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville. Cremation will follow. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
